The scrapbook has a front cover of faux green leather with Scrap Book in the center rectangle surrounded by an ornamental border and a plain faux leather back. The scrapbook is bound by a string. Numerous pages are not bound and there are loose items.

Also, in the scrapbook is a hand-written note dated March 12, 1962 to Betty Powell. On the back side of this paper is a list of scrapbooks of the Nat. Woman's Party, including Mrs. Allender's Clippings...Past date in Mrs. Allender's Scrapbook May 2, 1914. The scrapbook is a notebook with a green cover. The scrapbook contains newspaper clippings dating from 1926 to 1928 on political, societal, and economic issues related to women and the objectives the National Woman's Party. The scrapbook has a black cloth cover. In the upper left corner of the front cover, The Ideal Scrap Book is impressed in gold lettering. A small, torn piece of a label remains on the front cover. The scrapbook was originally bound, but many pages are not secured by the black string. Many of the pages are discolored and rippled, and glue dots are exposed. There are loose newspaper clippings.

The scrapbook has a faded black fabric cover ornamented with an impressed rectangular border and "THE/IDEAL/SCRAP BOOK" in the upper left corner impressed in gold lettering. There are stained spots on the scrapbook cover and on the inside of the back cover. Stains and scraps of paper are on the back cover. There are loose newspaper clippings at the front of the scrapbook. The scrapbook is not assembled, and no clippings are glued to the pages, which have discolored over time. A string binds the pages. A sticker on the inside of the back cover reads "The IDEAL Line/To Duplicate Order/No. 21/MADE BY/THE J.L. HANSON CO./CHICAGO."

The scrapbook has a worn and faded green fabric cover. A torn paper label affixed to the binding reads "National Woman's Party/Alva Belmont House/Capitol Hill/Washington, D.C." with the title "CLIPPINGS ON DELEGATION TO INTERNATIONAL/WOMAN SUFFRAGE ALLIANCE, PARIS/MAY 30, - JUNE 6, 1926." One of the two screws binding the scrapbook is missing. Pages have torn corners and edges. The pages and newspaper clippings have discolored and become brittle over time. Some pages are detached from the scrapbook, and there are loose newspaper clippings. There are rusty paper clips attaching some newspaper clippings to pages. Metal photographic plate attached to wood block with small nails. Photo depicts a group of women in coats and hats around the back end of a car. The car has a banner that reads, "National WomansParty Women for Congress Campaign Coast to Coast Tour." Wood block is ink stained. Left edge of block has stamped number 414, and logo for IPEU (International Photo-Engravers Union).

Rectangular yellow cotton sateen banner with purple painted lettering reading "Mr. President what will you do for Woman Suffrage" in block capitals. Scalloped bottom edge has delicate yellow fringe, possibly silk, overlaid with black crepeline. Top of banner turned over to form hanging tube. Banner is backed in unbleached cotton muslin sewn to the edges with running stitch and forming a hanging tube at top.

Suffrage campaign; Columbus, Ohio: Mabel Vernon holding street meeting before deputation to Senator Harding. She is accompanied by a delegation of suffragists who are to meet Senator Warren G. Harding in the parlors of the hotel at 2:00 PM. The spokesman for the delegation was Mrs. Dora Sandoe Bachman, a vice-president of the Ohio Woman Suffrage Association, seated in front seat of the automobile beside the driver. Mrs. Bachman is a member of the Advisory Council of the Congressional Union, just appointed by Alice Paul. On the rear seat is Mrs. Willis, wife of the governor of Ohio, who was seen as a presendential possibility - June 24th, 1915.
