Description Rectangular dark blue cotton sateen banner with turquoise painted lettering reading "Man needs her help but she cannot give it" in block capitals with decorative symbols. Bottom of banner is cut into points and edged in yellow fringe. Turquoise letters appear to have been painted over silver paint or pigment. Banner is backed in same dark blue fabric, joining the front at the top edge to create a tube for hanging. Through tube is wooden pole with gold-painted acorn-shaped finials, the right finial removeable. The banner is nailed to the pole with one nail at either end.
