Object Name Flag
Title Ohio state flag, n.d.
Date n.d.
Description Red, white, and blue Ohio state flag (pennant shape). Pennant is wool with white cotton duck or canvas hanging tube at far left, with silver-toned grommets at either end next to each of which was a nail, probably hand-forged and possibly predating the banner (nails have been removed and retained). Dark blue triangular section at far left has thirteen appliqued white stars and a central "bull's-eye" motif of a red circle surrouned by a white ring. Two white stripes alternate with three red stripes for the remained of the pennant, gradually decreasing in width and extending into two points at the pennant's far right edge.
