Description Rectangular beige cotton sateen banner with lettering in blue paint reading "The young are at the gates" in block capital letters. Bottom edge of banner is cut in a decorative pointed shape and edged in white fringe. Banner is backed in royal blue cotton sateen, forming a tube for hanging where the back and front join at the top edge.
