Description Metal printing plate attached to wood block with small nails; block has paper backing. Printing plate is a photo-engraving of a woman driving in an open car carrying a large sign with the words, "Vote Against Wilson - he kept us out of Suffrage." The background of the photo is the facade of a building with an ornate archway. Flags are displayed in front of the building.
The wood block is ink-stained. The right edge of the block contains a small stamp of the numbers "107". The bottom edge of the block has a strip of paper with the words, "Miss Elsie Hill Campaigning - C -lorado". The left edge of the block has penciled numbers and letters: "OT 527".
The back of the block is covered with paper and has the numbers: "10/16" in large blue pencil.
