Description Rectangular yellow cotton banner with black painted lettering reading "Why did the Rerublican (sic) Party fail in Delaware?" in block capitals. The lettering appears to have originally read "Republican," but a leg was added to the "P" to make it an "R" after the banner was originally made. Curved bottom is edged in yellow fringe. Top of banner is nailed to a finished wooden pole to which a hanging cord is knotted.
