Description A bronze statuette of Jeannette Rankin (1880-1973) of Montana, the first U.S. Congresswoman, sculpted by Mary Theresa (Terry) Mimnaugh (b. 1954). The woman in the statuette has short curly hiar, is standing in a long dress, and is holding a document in her left hand. The statuette is mounted on a wooden base with attached metal plaques on the top and the front.
