Description Yellow cotton sateen banner with white painted letters reading "Working Women Need the Vote" in block capitals with a decorative design at bottom center. Banner is edged in gold-toned metallic trim. Bottom edge in decorative point and curve design has applied yellow fringe. At top are hanging loops in same gold-toned trim. Banner is backed in unbleached cotton muslin sewn to edges of banner with running and overcast stitch. Twill tape label is applied at back and twill tape loops are applied behind hanging loops at top.
